We have had the most incredible night here. The staff is fantastic and you leave in such a great mood. We sat at the bar. Got drinks, ate an amazing dinner and had incredible conversations with staff. The bar seating rotates fast and they provide incredible service to make sure you get seated as quickly as possible. Raymon was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, he was so welcoming, attentive, and full of great energy. He made us laugh throughout our meal and gave us so many delicious recommendations that we ended up loving. Everything was absolutely yummy and made our experience even better! Raymon truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had a great time. His positive attitude and fun personality made the experience so memorable. Honestly, I would come back to this specific Din Tai Fung location just to see him again! He is an incredible server, and we hope to have him again next time. Came here with my parents during the **soft opening**, and we had a great experience! We were excited to finally have a Din Tai Fung in Brea. Of course we had to get the **Xiao Long Bao**, and they were delicious—juicy, flavorful, and freshly made. We tried several other dishes as well and everything was really good. The restaurant is beautiful and the staff did a great job, especially considering it was still the soft-opening period. Really enjoyed our meal and definitely looking forward to coming back!

I can’t believe Brea finally has a Din Tai Fung!! We went in with high expectations, and it truly managed to exceed them. The Xiao Long Bao absolutely lived up to the hype. Every dumpling was perfectly made, packed with flavor, and somehow still incredibly delicate. If you’re coming here for the first time, this is a must-order. And PLEASE save room for dessert because the Chocolate & Mochi Xiao Long Bao was excellent. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but they’re basically warm chocolate wrapped in a delicate dumpling with chewy mochi inside. They sound unusual, but trust—they’re AMAZING. I could honestly eat an entire order by myself. The restaurant itself is beautiful, clean, and has such a fun atmosphere. You can tell how much care went into every detail, from the presentation to the service and the overall energy of the restaurant. Even the tables are shaped like dumplings, which is such a cute and clever detail and makes the whole space feel even more special.
